MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Pasta Yield: 8 servings 3/4 c Chicken broth 1 oz Env ranch dressing mix 2 lb Boned, skinned chicken - breast halves 10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup; - undiluted 8 oz Cream cheese; softened, - diced Hot cooked rice or noodles MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONS------------------------------- Cheddar cheese; shredded Cooked bacon; crumbled Green onions; chopped In a 4 or 5 qt slow cooker, combine broth and dressing mix; add chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken to cutting board; shred with 2 forks and return to slow cooker. Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cover and cook on low until cream cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Add optional toppings as desired.
