MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Creamy Two Potato Crockpot Soup Categories: Crockpot, Potatoes, Soups/stews Yield: 10 Servings 4 md Sweet potatoes; diced 2 md Red potatoes; diced 1 lg Onion; diced 4 md Carrots; diced 6 cl Garlic; minced Salt; to taste Fresh ground pepper; to -taste 49 1/2 oz Chicken stock 8 oz Velveeta cheese 1/2 c Cream In a 5 quart crockpot, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper and stock. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours. During the last 10 minutes of cooking time, stir in velveeta until melted, stir in cream and turn off crockpot. Cover and let sit until serving time.
