* Exported from MasterCook * Creamy Chicken and Ham Medley Recipe By : Rival's Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Cuisine; 1995 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 14 oz can sliced mushrooms -- drained 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 2 1/2 cups milk 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg dash ground red pepper 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 2 cups chopped cooked ham 2 10 oz pkgs frozen puff pastry shells -- baked paprika Melt margarine in Crock-Pot; stir in flour. Stir in remaining ingredients with the exception of the pastry shells and paprika. Cook on Low until thickened, stirring after every yhour. Ready to serve after 2 1/2 hours.
