                             Cheeseburger Pie

   1      pound         Lean ground beef
     1/2  medium        Green bell pepper; diced
   1      cup           Tomato sauce
   1      cup           Beef broth
   1      teaspoon      Sugar
     1/2  teaspoon      Chili powder
   1      clove         Garlic; pressed
   4      ounces        Cheddar cheese, lowfat
   3      cups          Cooked rice

Combine beef, bell pepper and garlic clove in skillet and cook
through.  Drain and add all but 1/2 of the cheese.  Cook on medium
heat until cheese is melted.  Let cool and fill freezer bags.  To
serve, thaw and pour into baking dish.  Cover with remaining cheese. 
Bake at 350 F until heated through (usually about 30 minutes).
