MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Easy Chicken Pot Pie Categories: Meat Yield: 2 Servings 1 c Frozen mixed vegetables, -thawed 2 c Cubed cooked chicken -Large dice 1 cn Condensed cream of chicken -soup - undiluted 1 cn Condensed cream of celery MMMMM-----------------------SEE NOTE BELOW---------------------------- -soup - undiluted 1/4 c Leftover gravy if avail MMMMM-----------------------SEE NOTE BELOW---------------------------- MMMMM---------------------------CRUST-------------------------------- 1 c Baking Mix 1/2 c Milk 1 lg Egg NOTE: Did not use second can of soup or gravy in latest version. Turned out fine. ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- - Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl mix vegetables, chicken and soup until combined. Place into a low sided casserole dish at least 8 x 8 inches. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour on top of chicken mixture Bake 25-30 minutes OR until golden brown. Reheats well in either microwave or conventional oven. Last tested 7/25/04. MMMMM
