* Exported from MasterCook * Artichoke Quiche Recipe By : One Million Recipes CD Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dinner Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pkg Frozen artichoke hearts -OR- 1 can Plain artichoke hearts -- (NOT marinated) 2 Eggs 1/4 ts Tarragon -- crushed 1/4 ts Nutmeg 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 tb Butter -- melted 1/2 tb Flour 1 c Half & half 1/2 lb Swiss cheese -- sliced 1 Uncooked pie crust Layer hearts (break apart) and cheese slices in raw pie crust. There will be 4 layers with hearts on bottom, next cheese, then hearts and finishing on top with cheese. Beat and pour remaining ingredients over top.
