                             Zucchini Quiche

   3      cups          grated zucchini
   1      small         grated onion
   1      cup           Bisquick
   4                    eggs
     1/2  cup           oil
     1/2  cup           grated cheese
     1/2  teaspoon      parsley flakes
     1/2  teaspoon      oleo
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper

Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 9 inch pie plate.  *Can add green pepp
er and little tomatoes for color.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until sof
t.
