MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Honey Chicken Stir-Fry Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 4 servings 2 ts Corn starch 1 tb Water; cold 3 ts Olive oil; divided 1 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in - 1" pieces 1 cl Garlic; minced 3 tb Honey 2 tb Soy sauce 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 16 oz Bag broccoli stir-fry - vegetable blend Hot cooked rice (optional) Mix corn starch and water until smooth. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry chicken and garlic 1 minute. Add honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan. In same pan, stir-fry vegetable blend in remaining oil just until tender, 4-5 minutes. Return chicken to pan. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan; bring to a boil.
