MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Lemon-Rosemary Grilled Chicken Categories: Testing Yield: 4 Servings 6 tb Olive oil 6 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Honey 2 ts Rosemary (dried) 1/2 ts Salt 4 Garlic clives, minced 4 Bone in chicken breast - halves -(skin removed if desired) In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken - mix well. Place chicken in large shallow nonmetal dish. Brush or rub oil mixture on chicken pieces, using all of the mixture. Place skin side down in pan, cover and refrigerate at least one hour to marinate. Heat grill. When ready to grill, remove chicken from marinade; reserve any remaining marinade. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcol grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 30 to 40 minutes OR until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning and rushing with the marinade two ro three times. Discard any remaining marinade.
