* Exported from MasterCook * Reduced Calorie Parmesan Chicken Breasts Recipe By : Ramona Tyler Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :1:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 Chicken Breasts -- Boned And Skinned 1 C Fat Free Ranch Dressing 1 C Bread Crumbs 1 C Fat Free Parmesan Cheese Italian Seasoning -- Optional (To Taste) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl. Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
