MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts Categories: Poultry, Chilies, Nuts Yield: 2 servings 2 Chicken breast halves - (6 oz ea); boned, skinned 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/8 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 1 tb Butter 3 tb Honey 2 tb Pecans; fine chopped Pound chicken with a meat mallet to 1/2 thickness. Sprinkle with seasonings. In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat; brown chicken on both sides. Cook, covered, until chicken is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, turning once. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pecans. Cook, covered, until chicken is glazed, 2-3 minutes.
