* Exported from MasterCook * Swedish Meatballs Recipe By : Pillsbury meat cookbook Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Main Dishes Ground Turkey Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 lb ground turkey 1/4 c dried onions 1/2 c bread crumbs 1 tsp garlic salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1 egg 1 tbsp olive oil 2 c water 4 Tbsp flour 2 beef bouillon cubes In mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg. Mix until well blended. Shape into meatballs. In fry pan, brown all sides in hot olive oil. Remove meat balls. Stir flour into drippings; cook over low heat until flour browns. Add water and bouillon cubes. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; add meatballs.
