* Exported from MasterCook * Turkey Low Mein Recipe By : A Magazine In The 1980s Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pasta Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c Chicken broth 2 tb Soy sauce 1 1/2 tb Corn starch 1 ts Garlic -- minced 2 c Turkey (10 oz) -- thin strips, cooked 2 tb Vegetable oil 3/4 c Red pepper -- chopped 1/2 c Green onion -- sliced 1 pkg Frozen sugar-snap peas 8 oz Spaghetti -- cooked and drained Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, corn starch, and garlic in a medium-size bowl. Add turkey; toss to coat. Heat oil in a 4 qt Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, green onions, and frozen sugar-snap peas. Stir fry 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp. Toss turkey again; add to vegetables and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute; add cooked spaghetti and toss gently to mix and coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes if needed, until spaghetti is heated through.
