MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Garlic-Lemon Shrimp Linguine Categories: Pasta, Seafood, Vegetables, Citrus, Herbs Yield: 4 servings 8 oz Uncooked linguine 2 tb Olive oil 1 tb Butter 1 lb Uncooked (U-30) shrimp; - peeled, deveined 3 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Grated lemon zest 1 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning 2 tb Fresh parsley; minced Cook linguine according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add garlic, lemon zest, juice and lemon pepper; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink, 2-3 minutes longer. Stir in parsley. Drain linguine, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water.
