MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Fettuccine Alla Carbonara Olga Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Vegetables, Pork, Wine Yield: 4 Servings 1 sm White onion; chopped 4 tb Butter 1/2 c Dry white wine 5 sl Bacon; chopped 3 lg Eggs; beaten 2 tb Parsley; chopped 1/2 c Parmesan; grated Liberal amount of pepper 1 lb Fettuccine Cook pasta al dente. Saute onions in butter until soft. Add the bacon and cook down, remove excess fat and add wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates. In a large bowl, mix beaten eggs, parsley, cheese and pepper.
