* Exported from MasterCook * ABM Pizza Dough Recipe By : West Bend Instruction Manual Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Bread machine Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 1/2 oz. water (1 1/4 cup + 1 TBL.) -- 80 degrees F 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 4 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or 2 tsp. bread machine -- yeast 12 ounces to 16 ounces pizza sauce favorite pizza toppings Use dough setting on bread machine.Add liquid ingredients to pan. Add dry ingr edients, except yeast to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level in gredients, pushing some of the mixture into corners. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker. Program for dough. Pr ogram time delay if being used. Start bread maker. When done, unlock pan from bread maker. Place dough onto floured surface. Knead about 1 minute, then le t rest 15 minutes. Roll dough out to fit 12 or 14 inch pizza pan (or cookie s heet). Place dough into greased pan which has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Pr ess dough into pan, forming an edge. Let dough rise in warm, draft free place for 20 to 25 minutes. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, then top with favo rite toppings and shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 425F oven for 20 to 25 mi nutes or until nicely browned on top. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES : This recipe is for a double crust.
