MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Penne Toss (Chili's) Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese Yield: 8 servings 1 lb Penne pasta 28 oz Can diced tomatoes; - undrained 1/4 c Olive oil 1 sm Onion; chopped 3 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Dried oregano 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Black pepper 4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add the cooked pasta; toss to coat.
