Cover, reduce heat and cook slowly, about 15 minutes. Add onion and tomato paste. Chill quickly and freeze in port ions suitable for your family. To serve: Defrost and cook for 15 minutes, until chops are tender and heated through. Add 1/2 cup sour cream for every four servings.
