                            Shrimp 'N' Oysters

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   2      packages      (10-12 oz each) frozen peeled shrimp -- slightly thawed
   2      cans          frozen oysters -- thawed
   2      cups          wild rice
   2      cans          tomatoes
   2      medium        onions -- chopped
   2      tablespoons   basil
   2                    bay leaves
                        salt and pepper -- to taste
   1      cup           water

Mix all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Cover tightly and bake a
t 325 for 1 hour. Cool quickly and freeze. To serve, place frozen casserole in 
325 oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
