                             Chicken Broccoli

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   4      cups          chicken -- cubed
   2      packages      chopped broccoli -- cooked
   2      cans          cream of chicken soup
   1      can           chicken broth
   1      bag           stuffing mx

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Combine all ingredients.  Place in 13 X
9-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes.

NOTES : Makes 2 meals for my family of 2 adults, a 4-year-old, and a
2-year-old.  Assemble completely but do not bake.  Freeze.  On serving
day, thaw and bake.
