   1      Box           cheese crackers -- (6 oz.) crumbled
   1                    cream cheese -- (8 oz.)
   1      C.            sour cream
     1/2  C.            stuffed olives -- chopped
     1/2  C.            chopped green peppers
     1/2  C.            chopped onion
   2      Tbsp.         lemon juice
   1      Tsp.          salt
   4      Drops         Tabasco sauce

Oil 7 to 9-inch pie pan; cover bottom with half crushed
crackers. Blend cream cheese with remaining ingredients.
Spread over crackers. Sprinkle remaining crackers over top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. This could be used as a dip.
