* Exported from MasterCook * Reuben Roll-em-ups Recipe By : The Big Beautiful Book of Hors d'Oeuvres by Julia Weinberg Serving Size : 30 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Hors d'Oeuvres Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 ounces grated Swiss cheese 1 cup sauerkraut -- very well drained 1/4 cup prepared mustard 30 slices pastrami cellophane-tipped toothpicks Combine the Swiss cheese with the sauerkraut. Spread a thin layer of mustard on each pastrami slice. Heap a generous spoonful of the cheese-sauerkraut mixture on each slice of pastrami. Roll the meat tightly and skewer it through the center with a cellophane-tipped toothpick. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 30.
