* Exported from MasterCook * Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe By : Jan Albertson Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Appetizers Side Dish Family Recipes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Garlic Clove -- to taste; minced 1 Medium Onion -- dice fine 4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- grated 1/4 Pound Provolone Cheese -- grated 1/2 Pound Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans 1 Pound Mushroom Caps -- whole, large Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Drain sausage mixture. Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
