* Exported from MasterCook * Meatballs Recipe By : NAWK/Internet Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Beef Crockpot Hot Hors d'Oeuvres Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds lean ground beef 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 large egg grated Parmesan cheese -- to taste parsley and oregano -- to taste onion and garlic powder -- to taste milk -- to moisten ---Sauce--- 1 12 oz can favorite beer 1 24 oz bottle ketchup Mix hamburger, breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings and milk together. Make small meatballs. Place meatballs in a shallow baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350 F. Mix ketchup and beer in the crockpot and start to heat.
