* Exported from MasterCook * Guacamole Mousse Recipe By : Magazine Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Molded Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 env unflavored gelatin 1 c cold water 1 cube chicken bouillon -- crumbled 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 c avocado -- sieved 1/2 c sour cream 3 tbsp finely chopped green onions 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp hot sauce Soften gelatin in cold water in a small saucepan. Add bouillon cube and salt. Heat, stirring constantlly, until gelatin and bouillon are dissolved; cool sli ghtly. Combine avocado, sour cream, green onion, lemon juice, and hot sauce; stir in g elatin mixture. Pour into a 3-cup mold and refrigerate until firm. Unmold, an d garnish as desired.
