                           Spicy Mini-Meatballs

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1 1/2  tablespoons   light rum
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
   1                    garlic clove -- pressed
   1      teaspoon      ground ginger
   1      pound         ground beef, lean


Combine all ingredients and blend well.  Shape into balls about 1 inch in
diameter.  Bake in 300 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, turning once.  Serve
