* Exported from MasterCook * Crunchy Swiss And Ham Appetizers Recipe By : Jo Merrill Serving Size : 90 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes =(Use Very Stiff Mashed Potatoes) 2 Cups Cooked Ham -- finely chopped 4 Ounces Swiss Cheese -- shredded 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup Minced Onions 1 Egg -- well beaten 1 Teaspoon Mustard 1/8 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper 3 1/2 Cups Corn Flake Crumbs -- crushed Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while still hot. Makes about 8 dozen appetizers.
