MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Feta and Red Pepper Dip Categories: Mediterrane, Appetizer Yield: 4 servings 1 lb Feta cheese; rinsed and - crumbled (4 c) 1/3 c Olive oil 1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squeezed 1/2 ts Cayenne 1/4 ts Black pepper; freshly ground 6 oz Jar roasted red peppers; - rinsed and patted dry Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds. Refrigerate for at least two hours, until firm. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper.
