* Exported from MasterCook * Garlic-Parmesan Crisps Recipe By : TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Snacks Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened 2 teaspoons garlic salt 4 pita bread -- 6" 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons dried basil In a small bowl, mix butter and garlic salt until well blended. Split each pita in half to make two rounds. Spread each with butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil. Cut each round into 6 wedges; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
