Spread mashed refried beans on flour tortilla; top with salsa and reduced-fa t Monterey Jack cheese. Roll up and microwave. 4. Cook medium sized potato in microwave. Top with reduced fat sour cream and s alsa, or cooked broccoli and reduced fat american cheese. 5. Stuff reduced fat refrigerator rolls with low fat mozzarella and pizza sauce ; bake until golden. 6. Brush flour tortilla very lightly with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; bake briefly to warm. 7. Place chocolate wafer cookies in a zip lock bag and crush.
