* Exported from MasterCook * Glazed popcorn and nuts Recipe By : Barb Budimulija Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers And Munchies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 qt Popped corn 3 c Mixed nuts 1 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Margarine 1/2 c Syrup 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Baking soda Stir together popcorn and nuts in a large shallow roasting pan. In a heavy 2 qt saucepan, stir together sugar, margarine, syrup and salt. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat. Without stirring, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn and nuts, stirring to coat well. Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
