MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Bacon Cheese Fries
 Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Cheese, Chilies
      Yield: 10 servings

     32 oz Bag frozen French fried
           - potatoes
      1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
      4    Green onions; thin sliced
      4 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
           Ranch salad dressing
           Red chile peppers; sliced

  Cook French fries according to package directions. Preheat broiler.
  Place cooked fries on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese, onions,
  and bacon. Broil 2-3" from heat until cheese is melted,
  1-2 minutes. Top with sliced chile peppers.

  Serve with ranch dressing.
