      Yield: 1 Serving

      3 oz Scotch whiskey
  2 1/2 oz Italian vermouth
      1 tb Angostura bitters
      1 tb Sugar syrup

  Place the whiskey and vermouth in a cocktail glass. Add the bitters
  and the sugar syrup. Gently stir and may be served with or without
  ice.
