    1/2 oz Charteuse
    1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur

  A Red Hook with Charteuse.

  The Cobble Hill uses Amaro Montenegro and cucumber slices and the
  Bensonhurst, maraschino liqueur and Cynar.

  Pour ingredients into mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir briskly
  for 30 seconds; strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
