MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Aldi's Cheese Fondue Categories: Cheese, Sauces, Beer, Dips Yield: 3 Servings 2 c Cheddar cheese; cubed 2 c Colby-Jack cheese; cubed 1 tb Minced garlic 2 tb All-purpose flour 3/4 c Beer +=OR=+ 3/4 c Cola 1/4 ts Ground black pepper Combine all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, stir until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce into a small slow cooker and set on medium for 1 hour, stir occasionally. Serve in slow cooker or pour into a serving dish. Dip assorted fruits, vegetables, breads or meat of your choice.
