   8       Oz           Pkg softened cream cheese
   2       Tb           Milk
     1/4   Ts           Crushed dried oregano leaves
     1/8   Ts           Garlic powder
     1/8   Ts           Onion powder
     1/8   Ts           Pepper

  Combine all ingredients, mix until well blended. Chill. Serve with crusty
  french bread or crackers.
