     1/2  cup           whole grain mustard
     1/4  cup           Dijon mustard
     1/8  cup           freshly grated or prepared horseradish
                        salt
                        fresh ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Season to taste with salt and
pepper.
