    1/4 c  Brown spicy mustard
      2 tb Honey
      1 ts Prepared horseradish

MMMMM-----------------------MAPLE MUSTARD----------------------------
    1/2 c  Mustard
      3 tb Maple syrup

MMMMM---------------------HOT SWEET MUSTARD--------------------------
    1/2 c  Spicy brown mustard
      3 tb Honey
      1 tb Hot pepper sauce

MMMMM----------------------APRICOT MUSTARD---------------------------
    1/2 c  Dijon Style mustard
    1/4 c  Apricot preserves

MMMMM--------------------CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE-------------------------
    1/2 c  Dijon style mustard
      1 ts Honey
    1/4 c  Sour cream
        ds Salt to taste
        ds Pepper to taste

  For each mixture combine ingredients. Set aside to mellow.
