  Pare apples and pears.  Remove seeds.  Peel orange.  Remove seeds. Grind
  pears, apples, and orange.  Add sugar and cook 20 minutes, stirring
  frequently.  Add grated orange rind.  Cook until thick. Elma Hinkle, Chilo,
