                            Mango Apricot Jam

   6      ounces        dried apricots -- cut
   6      medium        mangos -- chopped
   1      cup           water
                        sugar

Mix apricots and mangos with water and cook.  (More water may be added if too t
hick.)  Measure above and add equal parts of sugar (experiment with honey or ot
her suitable cooking sugar substitute).  Cook after being brought to boil, for 
10 minutes.
