* Exported from MasterCook * RHUBARB ORANGE JAM Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Jelly/jam Kooknet Cyberealm Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 c Rhubarb, diced 8 ea Oranges 2 1/2 c Sugar Wash rhubarb and dice. Put oranges through food chopper. Mix fruit and sugar in large saucepan. Cook to boiling point, then reduce heat and cook slowly for 2 hours or until jam is thick and clear.
