                               Party Salsa

   4      Large         firm tomatoes -- chopped
   3                    tomatillos -- finely chopped
   1      Medium        onion -- finely chopped
   3                    green onions -- sliced thinly
     1/2                green pepper -- chopped
   1                    green jalapeno chile -- finely chopped
   2                    yellow chiles -- finely chopped
   3      Tbsp.         freshly chopped cilantro
   1      Tsp.          minced garlic
   4      Drops         hot pepper sauce
   2      Tbsp.         red wine vinegar

Combine tomatoes, tomatillos, onion, green onions, green
peppers, jalapeno chile, yellow chiles, cilantro, garlic, hot
pepper sauce and vinegar. Blend well and season to taste with
salt. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Makes
about 7 cups.
