---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce Categories: Sauces, Salsa, Hot Yield: 1 Servings 10 ea Ancho peppers, pre-soaked 1/2 c Cooking oil 1 md Onion, chopped 1 cn Tomato paste, 8oz. 1 ts Salt Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into a paste.
