   2      10-oz pkgs    frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
   2      teaspoons     basil
   4      cloves        garlic
     1/4  cup           fresh parsley, minced
   8      tablespoons   virgin olive oil
   4      tablespoons   butter or margarine
     1/2  cup           parmesan cheese

Whirl in blender or food processor until smooth.
