                         Prize Fruit Chili Sauce

   6                    Onions
   6                    Pears
   6                    Peaches
   3                    Sweet red peppers
   3                    Green peppers
   6       c            Sugar
   1       lg           Celery stalk
   2       tb           Salt
   1       qt           Vinegar
   1       sm           Can tomato paste
     1/2   c            Pickling spices; tied in
                        -a cheesecloth bag

  Chop all vegetables, mix together all remaining ingredients, add
  and simmer slowly until thick, about 2 hours. Remove pickling
  spices and discard.  Store in sterilized jars.
