Cook about 3 hours till thickens. I have used a little bit of cornstarch/water solution at very last; thickens and makes it smoother. Sterilize pint/quart jars and fill to within 1" of top. Screw on lids tightly.....(we like this in our spaghetti; however, is delicious when poured over browned, swiss steak and simmered!)
