     1/4  cup           watercress leaves -- (packed)
                        Grated lime rind and lime juice
     1/4  cup           or more sour cream
                        Salt and Tabasco sauce

Blend cucumbers, watercress leaves, lime and lime juice with sour cream. Season
 with salt and
Tabasco sauce.
