                               Creole Sauce

   4      tb            Green bell pepper -- chopped
   1      sm            Onion -- chopped fine
   2      tb            Butter
     1/4  c             Mushrooms -- sliced
   2                    Tomatoes -- sliced
   1      c             Brown sauce -- see recipe
                        Salt and pepper

Simmer green pepper and onion in butter or margarine until soft. Add
mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer about 5 minutes. Add brown sauce and
bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
