Brown meat in skillet with worchestershire sauce, then oregano, garlic salt and seasoned salt. Put tomato sauce, minced garlic, green chilies, jalapenos, hellish relish, kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, and old elpaso hot relish and heat on medium high until near boiling.
