* Exported from MasterCook Mac * Venison Chili Recipe By : Cathy In Memphis Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : maincourses Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 pounds ground venison 6 tablespoons oil 1 cup onion -- chopped 1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped 1 dash garlic powder 2 pints canned tomatoes 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 cup chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 16 ounces hot chili beans Cook venison, onion, pepper and garlic till onion is tender. Add flour, then remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
